Privacy Policy

The protection of your personal data is important to us. We process only the data we need for your appointment. This policy is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

2. Which data we process

When you reserve an appointment, we process:

• first name
• email address
• telephone number, only if you provide it voluntarily
• chosen treatment, masseuse, date and time
• the language you booked in (so that the confirmation and reminder are sent in that language)
• the time at which you accepted the GTC

We do not ask for a surname or for information about your health online. Please tell us about health matters (see GTC) in person before the treatment.

3. Purpose

We use your details exclusively to handle your appointment: reservation, confirmation, reminder on the day before, cancellation and internal planning. We do not send advertising or a newsletter.

4. No disclosure

We do not pass your data on to third parties and do not sell it. The exceptions are the following service providers, which process data exclusively on our behalf and according to our instructions (processors):

• Resend (Resend Inc., USA): Sending of email confirmations, reminders and cancellations (email address, appointment details).
• Supabase (Supabase Inc., USA): Database for appointments and for the sign-in of the team; the data is stored in a data centre in the EU (Frankfurt).
• Infomaniak (Infomaniak Network SA, Switzerland): Provision of the website.

Some of these providers are based outside Switzerland, including in countries without an adequate level of data protection (e.g. USA, Australia). In these cases the disclosure is based on suitable guarantees, in particular standard data protection clauses, in accordance with Art. 16 FADP.

5. Retention period

90 days after your appointment we automatically delete your name, your telephone number, your email address and any notes. Only anonymous details remain (treatment, date, duration, price, status), which do not allow any conclusions about your person and which we use for statistics.

6. Cookies and tracking

The public website does not set any cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, pixels or any other tracking or marketing tools. Only in the internal area for our team is a technically necessary session cookie set after sign-in.

7. Access data and protection against misuse

When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data in order to deliver the pages. We do not analyse access logs and do not store IP addresses in plain text.

So that the online booking cannot be misused on a large scale (e.g. through automated bookings), we limit the number of bookings per internet connection and per email address. For this purpose we store with each booking a cryptographic check value (hash) of your IP address and your email address, from which these cannot be recalculated. In the same way we limit sign-in attempts and password requests in the team area (check value of IP address and email address). The check values are deleted automatically after two days at the latest.

8. Fonts

The fonts used are hosted on our server. There is no connection to Google Fonts.

9. Google Maps

On the contact page you can load a map from Google Maps (Google LLC, USA). The map is loaded only when you click “Load map”. Only then does your browser transmit data, in particular your IP address, to Google. Google Maps is not used on the booking page.

10. Your rights

You may at any time request information about the data we have stored about you, as well as its correction or deletion. You can cancel an appointment yourself via the link in your confirmation. For data protection matters please contact tawanthong789@gmail.com.
