General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all treatments and appointment reservations at Tawan Thong – Thai massage & wellness, Kirchgasse 1, 6234 Triengen, regardless of whether the appointment is made online, by telephone or on site. By making a reservation you accept these GTC.

2. Services

We offer wellness and relaxation massages. These are not medical, therapeutic or physiotherapeutic treatments. The massages do not replace a medical examination or medical treatment.

Billing through a health insurance fund or a supplementary insurance is not possible.

3. Health and contraindications

Please inform us before the treatment if any of the following applies to you. In these cases a massage cannot be carried out, or only in an adapted form:

• pregnancy
• thrombosis or suspected thrombosis
• acute injuries
• fever

You are responsible for informing us. We may refuse or adapt a treatment for health reasons.

4. Appointment reservation

With the online booking you reserve an appointment. You will receive a confirmation by email. Please provide truthful information; we will contact you via the email address provided or, if provided, the telephone number.

5. Prices and payment

The prices according to our price list at the time of the reservation apply, in Swiss francs. Payment is made on site, in cash or with Twint. Online payment or a deposit is not provided for.

6. Cancellation and no-show

You can cancel your appointment free of charge up to 12 hours before it begins – via the link in your confirmation or by telephone on +41 78 250 72 50.

If you cancel later or do not appear, we charge 50 % of the price of the booked treatment.

7. Late arrival

If you arrive late, the treatment time is shortened accordingly so that subsequent appointments can be kept. The full price is charged.

8. Vouchers

Vouchers are valid for two years from the date of issue. They cannot be redeemed for cash.

9. Termination of the treatment

We offer wellness and relaxation massages exclusively. In the event of inappropriate behaviour we may terminate a treatment immediately. In this case the full price is owed; no refund is made.

11. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the salon (Triengen).
